From: Ian Stokes <ian.sto...@intel.com> Define Cage Max Power override NVM module which allows to override maximum power of QSFP/SFP cage. There might be up to 8 cages so each of them has its own word in the module. From the ice driver perspective we need only Override Enable bit so there is no need to define bits where maximum power s stored. This bit determines if the new max power should be used (1) or the default value should be used (0).
