This patch fixes unused but set variables in the following net drivers:
 - bnxt
 - hinic
 - liquidio
 - nfp
 - octeontx
 - qede
 - txgbe
 - vmxnet3

This patch also fixes an unused function warning for vmxnet3_unmap_pkt
from within vmxnet3
