[dpdk-dev] [PATCH 3/4] app/procinfo: remove suspicious sizeof

The intention with the "sizeof(0)" usage is not clear, but the 'stats'
already 'memset' by 'rte_cryptodev_stats_get()' API, removing 'memset'
in application.
