v2: fix comments on v1. This patchset standardizes the checkpatches and check-git-log scripts to accept the same syntax commandline arguments, to make them easier to use.
The output is also standardized, check-git-log previously showed no output to the user when no errors were found, but now prints a similar output to that of the checkpatches script.
