I'm not an expert for this, and I hadn't even read most of the bylaws till
you asked me this question.  But with those two caveats: it looks good to
me.  +1

Actually as I was skimming the bylaws to check these changes, I was
impressed by just how gender-neutral they already are.  These will be minor
changes.
