Thanks for sharing. Quite an incredible number of links to follow and learn
from, and the content on-site sets context for the resources really well.
Something that resonated as being possibly within reach was the theme of
building D&I into the organization. "The organization" applies to both
foundation and project.

And definitely good stuff to take back to my dayjob, too. I think that is
on-topic, for discussion at least, since employers decide who gets to be
paid to work on ASF projects.
