Looks fairly interesting, though it's centered around corporations
with an enforced hierarchy, so some of the advice isn't that
applicable here. The bits about introducing a D&I officer and having
them report to the CEO or similar was very interesting and aligned
with how this group was created. I found the inclusive topics to be
fairly interesting as they may imply that active mentoring is one of
the most important things we can do to not only attract but retain a
diverse group of people.
