One other observation is that 4.0.0.1 is much less memory efficient than
4.0.1. I'm annotating the same set of notes I had previously annotated with
4.0.1 and just got a heap space error, which is something we never got with
4.0.1 (both 4.0.0.1 and 4.0.1 were using the default settings).
