Just recall that we could apply
[COUCHDB-1658](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/COUCHDB-1658)
[patch](https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/attachment/12567123/COUCHDB-1658.1.patch)
that could be the solution for missed local docs. And then this PR makes links
right. In case of missed local docs you'll be just redirected to online ones
instead of browsing 404 page.
