+1 on Janpio comment, I feel that "query" can actually bring more confusion behind what it means. I think "question" is more preferred.
I do not see how the two tags "question" and "info-needed" would create confusion between each other. A user asks a question will always get the "question" tag, but might lack information that is required to help better answer the question. In this case we would also add the "info-needed" tag. But once we received the info required, the tag would be removed. "question" tag remains appended at all times. P.S. the info-needed tag could really be appended with all other tags. For example feature and bug.. There could be a lack of information that is needed even with these tags.
