First I created an issue in cordova-lib

* just configuration update to add 'tizen':
o cordova-lib
o cordova-serve
* more complex changes to support all operations
o cordova-tizen
I am afraid that I am totally new about the contributing into cordova
so I need your suggestion what to start with about modifying the
cordova-tizen module and how to verify my changes. I've read about
nightly builds and other stuff but as my change will not be visible
without modification of all above packages I am not sure how to start.
I hope that you could share your thoughts and help me to go into the
right direction.
