As far as I can tell, that’s these:

Accumulo, Ant (Ant, AntUnit, CycloneDX, Ivy, Props), APR, Arrow,
Axis2, Causeway, Cayenne, Commons (Daemon, Numbers, RNG, Statistics),
Cordova, Daffodil, FreeMarker, Hadoop, HTTP Server, Hudi, Iceberg,
Impala, IoTDB, Libcloud, Lucene, ManifoldCF, Maven, NetBeans, Nutch,
OFBiz, OpenMeetings, OpenNLP, OpenOffice, PDFBox, Pinot, PLC4X,
Polaris, Rivet (Tcl), Solr, Storm, Subversion, Thrift, Tika, Tomcat,
TsFile, Unomi, YuniKorn, Zeppelin

Meanwhile, Dave asked that if/when we reach out to projects, we include some
messaging from Tooling as well. Specifically:

When you communicate with pmcs you can mention that they can ask for help by
creating a sub-issue to
https://github.com/apache/tooling-trusted-releases/issues/1739

So I’ll draft something, and run it by Dave, and see if there’s anything else
we want to tell them.

So, please give it a spin and tell me what you think. The cache busting stuff
seems to not be working all the time, and I had to clear cache or use incognito
to get it to work consistently.
