Hi Apache Community Development Team, My name is Sagheer Ahmed, and I am the Founder of Evorozen, an independent tech ecosystem and product lab based in Pakistan. I am writing to express my strong interest in establishing an Apache Local Community (ALC) Chapter in Pakistan.
Currently, I serve as the Principal Organizer for GraphQL Pakistan and the Founding Chapter Lead for Databricks Pakistan. Through these roles, and my work organizing large-scale hackathons like the Apex Buildathon and the upcoming AISeekho 2026, I have been actively building a strong, builder-focused ecosystem in my region. We have a growing and passionate community of open-source enthusiasts, developers, and students who would greatly benefit from an ALC Chapter. My goal is to spread awareness about the Apache Software Foundation, host frequent local events to promote "The Apache Way," and bring our local project users and developers together on a unified platform. I noticed that the wiki sign-up is currently disabled for self-serve. Could you please guide me on how to request a wiki account and proceed with the formal steps to establish the ALC chapter?
