Thank you Shane; I'm CC'ing this to the PMC private list but I expect most
discussion to be on the dev list where we've already started talking.  I
anticipate we'll want to have an "affinity group" to avoid burdens of
something official... yet it may be a dubious distinction if ultimately
committer/PMC members share most of the content.  Shrug.
The cwiki page was helpful.
