After a closer look, I don't think Discourse brings too much value but a new platform to track.
Although as long as it's a third-party integration that doesn't affect the view from a pure mailing list user, I don't object it. But it doesn't seem valuable to me. INFRA provides https://lists.apache.org/list.html?d...@opendal.apache.org to track the threads and it's also searchable.
