Hi Sharan, The best locations in Gurgaon are: (sorted by closeness to the International airport) - Aerocity (hotels nearest to the airport that have business centers but don't have good bars, restaurants so you're stuck with what the hotel or nearby hotels have to offer, check https://www.booking.com/district/in/new-delhi/aerocity.html) - Cyberhub (there are business centers, co-working spaces and hotels, as well as an area called CyberHub full of restaurants and bars, check https://www.booking.com/landmark/in/dlf-cyber-hub.html) - Sector 29 (there are some good hotels but I'm not sure if they have good business centers, but there are great many bars and restaurants in that area)

I've helped arrange our internal company conference (SBCon) in May, which we did at https://www.heritagehotelsofindia.com/haryana/heritage-village-resort-spa-manesar.html but the location is about an hour outside of the city/airport. It is green, open, has a golf course nearby and their bar is sub-par and I did not like their conference facilities and infrastructure. Regards.
