??? Well it's definitely been discussed before to get things like the endowment done, provide oversight, help with the audit, etc. It's part of why you were named VP Finance and you yourself triggered the idea in May of last year: "HI Phil, no worries happy to help. So from my own experience the endowment we had was governed by the board however there was a specific finance committee that over saw the investment of the Endowment funds. " Since then, to job your memory, there's been talk about whether it would be an executive committee, formed only of board members And my recommended next steps for the endowment in the report last year included: "Setup a Finance Committee to review chaired by the VP Finance and recommend a scenario to the board for the Nov board meeting". Daniel specifically mentioned that to you in the chain with Subject "Fundraising Guidance from Board Meeting?" on Oct 21 It's in the tabled items from our fundraising meetings as well. Regards, KAM
