Note: That's probably a bit of a rhetorical question, now that I am "VP Conferences", but I honestly can't remember any actual policy discussion when Leo put this in place back in 2006 or so, and since we've NEVER done anything in terms of actually requiring projects to do this, it seems a little late now to try to go back and force this into every site's layout. Having said that, I'm going to try to *encourage* projects to link to the ApacheCon site, but I don't think that a text file in the www-site svn repo counts as "documented policy". > > I ask because I have been completely unable to find even one site that > has this in place.
