Not quite (AFAIK), there's no royalties allowed on redistribution but that doesn't mean you can't charge for it either initially or when redistributing it as part of a bundle. "The license shall not restrict any party from selling or giving away the software as a component of an aggregate software distribution containing programs from several different sources. The license shall not require a royalty or other fee for such sale." [1] Perhaps change CD10 to this? The project produces royalty free Open Source software.
