I do see "party" in the subscribe options at
https://whimsy.apache.org/committers/subscribe, as you are an ASF
committer I assume you should see it as well, looks like a bug. Or
maybe it's meant for ASF members? That's not what Rich implies above.

I asked someone on Infra whether this was members-only before I ever
posted about it to this list. I was assured that it was for all
committers. If I am mistaken, I'm very, very sorry for even bringing it
up. However, it *should* be for all committers.
