Thats the intent, yes. Think, identify, design, execute. A ready-made
proposal from a mentor misses one or more of those steps.

I think that is fine then. Sorry for the confusion. I think somehow the wording should be a bit different to avoid the same confusion by others or perhaps I just got off track because the original examples. That said, a better wording escapes me on a Friday afternoon. Have a good one everyone!
