It has been quite a few years since I cut a Commons release, but I would like to step up for pool 2.12. I think the code in the 2_X branch is ready. All of my soak tests and tests with my own apps and dbcp passed. I am sure a lot has changed since I last did this. Is there a checklist or instructions somewhere?
