Not sure the committer information is correct.

Since Commons uses universal commit, there are in theory many more committers.
Do we always update the LDAP committer group when people commit code?
I don't think we do, unless the karma is needed:
Commons LDAP committer group karma is needed to update the production website

So I think the figures above are misleading and should be dropped or
at least qualified.
