[CSV] Broken build

The current master build yields:

[ERROR]   CSVFormatTest.testHashCodeAndWithIgnoreHeaderCase:523
[ERROR]   CSVFormatTest.testWithHeaderComments:972

I do not think it is OK to push fixes that break the build.
