I have read the information regarding read-only git mirrors at

You are not using a read-only mirror for [complex], so
http://www.apache.org/dev/writable-git applies. Not that it'd say too
much or help in a particular way :-)
However I have a git mirror for commons-complex at
https://github.com/apache/commons-complex , it is empty while the
apache git repo at
https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=commons-complex.git has a
commit.
Has the github integration been set up for this repo at all?
No.
[I probably waited for the repository to contain something.]
This
doesn't happen automatically IIRC, you may need to file a JIRA ticket
for the INFRA project.
Eric,
You can file the request here:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
Gilles
It may also depend on which branch you've pushed to and which branch
github integration has been set up for.
Can anyone tell me how to push this commit to the github mirror, or
does it
propagate over time.
You don't do that yourself, it happens automatically. Sometimes
something goes wrong, though. The mirror of Ant is out of date as the
github integration seems to have had problems the last weekend. Those
hiccups usually heal themselves on subsequent commits.
