You are not using a read-only mirror for [complex], so
http://www.apache.org/dev/writable-git applies. Not that it'd say too
much or help in a particular way :-)

Has the github integration been set up for this repo at all? This
doesn't happen automatically IIRC, you may need to file a JIRA ticket
for the INFRA project.

It may also depend on which branch you've pushed to and which branch
github integration has been set up for.

You don't do that yourself, it happens automatically. Sometimes
something goes wrong, though. The mirror of Ant is out of date as the
github integration seems to have had problems the last weekend. Those
hiccups usually heal themselves on subsequent commits.
