I agree with David. Apache is a Do-ocracy.

Nevertheless I think we should focus on finishing the first release of RNG
instead of starting of the next component. we already have some proper
components who have never seen a release (imaging, functor, OGNL 4.0) and I
don't want the new math components to have the same fate.
