I've done a bit of fiddling with the code and JIRA. It seems the biggest issue is the builder API. Then there are remaining issues:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/issues/?jql=project%20%3D%20CSV%20AND%20status%20in%20%28Open%2C%20%22In%20Progress%22%2C%20Reopened%29%20ORDER%20BY%20key%20ASC If we can settle the API, we could simply mark all remaining issues as 1.x and start the release process. Would be want to release a beta version before we handcuff ourselves to a 1.0 API? Thoughts?
