The Tomcat project is cleaning up Gump and removing old, unsupported Tomcat versions (that also probably have security vulnerabilities).
JCS currently has an optional dependency on jakarta-tomcat (Tomcat 3.3.x). Since I will be removing jakarta-tomcat from Gump, I intend to remove the optional dependency from JCS at the same time.
