I thought you would suggest renaming the component to something more descriptive like commons-images ;) For the reminder "sans élan" in french means "Without Momentum", that sounds really weird to us cheese lovers.

For class names, there is a current mix of camel case and CAPS, sometimes
in the same package: GifImageParser and GIFHeaderInfo.

I propose to camel case all class names.
