As of now, it seems there isn't anyone else from Commons interested in mentoring. Since you seem keen, I have also asked a wider audience of GSoC mentors at the ASF if anyone would be interested in mentoring your proposal -- though the chances aren't high, lets see if anyone volunteers in a day or two.
