The binary jar contains two copies of the javadoc - once as plain
files, and once in the embedded javadoc jar.

Also, the embedded javadoc jar contains the source files as
line-numbered HTML files - they surely don't belong in the javadoc
jar? They are already in the binary archive.

Maybe the documentation could be released as a separate archive?
