Yep. My view is that we should charge in, do whatever is the right
thing and then when we're ready for release we can worry about back
compat and naming and package changing etc.

Please, please bring on the 1.5 desires :)

I'm also favourable to be 1.6+ if there's any value, I just haven't
found much yet.
