I think we vote on all release artifacts, but no problem since the source distro is also there :) For anyone interested I ran RAT on the source distro (which looks good) here: http://people.apache.org/~niallp/rat-commons-pool-1.4-src.txt Source, binary and jar files all look good. Re-build from source distro looks good (using m1) - tests all pass and it reproduces itself. One issue with with the m2 build - site fails because the checkstyle.xml file isn't included in the source distro - but since its not the primary build tool ATM, then not an issue IMO - tests pass and jar builds fine with m2 (binary assembly missing docs 'coz of failure) - I'll remove checkstyle from the pom.xml in the branch on the off-chance you end up doing another RC (hopefully not).
