I think that this is a really good idea, benefitting both us and OSGi.
If maven 2 can generate all this for us, then it might be the push
needed to switch commons to maven 2 (although we mustn't underestimate
that task).
The concern has to be the lack of real OSGi knowledge within commons.
So, support from external experts will be a necessity.
