As shared on the RC status thread, we've only few outstanding PRs that are critical for the 4.8.2.0/4.9.1.0/4.10.0.0 releases. We'll have an agreed hard freeze on 4.8, 4.9, and master branch at the end of the week. On Monday, 12 December we'll cut the first set of RCs, test them and only accept blocker fixes on the 4.8/4.9/master branches.
