Hi, To rule out SMB issues, in the global config can you enable true to create systemvmvm's on local storage?
It will try to create systemvm;s on local storage. Please look at the agent log in the log manager in hyperv host to find the root cause for the ssvm start vm failure. You can post the same logs of hyperv agent and mgmt. server log failure.
