Subject: [NOTICE] - Downtime - VMWare Host(s) RAM upgrading scheduled
To: "operati...@apache.org" <operati...@apache.org>
Cc: "infrastruct...@apache.org Infrastructure" <infrastruct...@apache.org>

Hi All,

This is 42> hours notice that RAM upgrades on two (2)*** VMWare host
machines are due to take
place on Tuesday at 1600 hours UTC. Estimated downtime would be around
1 hour per host
to allow for graceful power down of each VM , RAM addition + testing,
graceful and staggered
power up of each VM.

Estimate then that Stage 1 will take place between 1600 and 1700 UTC
and assuming all goes
well we will begin Stage 2 to take place between 1700 and 1800 UTC.
Stage 2 will only be
started if Stage 1 completes fine within a reasonable time period and
assuming no problems.

Notices nearer the time via @infrabot on twitter and #asfnfra irc and
#infrabot on hip chat.
status.apache.org will also be your friend during this time.

Project mailing lists will NOT be notified. (Feel free to pass on this info.)
