Thanks for looking. It doesn't seem to be exactly the same issue though.
My log doesn't show any SSH authentication failure, actually it doesn't mention 
any reason at all for "getDomRVersionCmd" failed.

I still do not know how to troubleshoot the agent on XenServer. Can someone 
point me in this direction?
