Andrija, The thing is I don't know who the os matching on KVM works. There must be a way to list supported os types.
I also did some queuing on the guest_os_hypervisor table (ACS 4.3) and I don't see Debian 7 for KVM listed. select * from guest_os join guest_os_hypervisor on guest_os.id=guest_os_hypervisor.guest_os_id where guest_os_hypervisor.hypervisor_type='KVM' and guest_os_hypervisor.guest_os_name like '%Debian%'; What was the guest_os_id you where using? Could you try id 72 (Debian 5 64-bit)? Adjust both os_type_id in vm_instance and vm_template (where type='SYSTEM' and hypervisor_type='KVM').
