Silly question, but are any of your hosts tagged with the same tag as you gave on the service offering? There's a wiki on tags explained here: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/x/_QLMAQ. Can you see if there's anything that helps solve this? Since attachments are stripped can you please post the logs to a github gist?
