Hi,

My 4.2 build worked fine with an empty repo.

Prasanna filled me in on IM that Rayees was getting "Unknown host
cs-maven.midokura.com", and we figured it's likely a DNS issue. Rayees, could
you try switching to Google DNS servers (8.8.8.8) temporarily, clear your DNS
cache etc? I'm certaily seeing no issues here.

David, do you know how long it took the Netscaler guys to get their jars hosted
on maven central? From the mailing list, it looked like several months passed
between starting and finishing that process - when I looked into it initially,
it looked very complex and time consuming.

Thanks,
Dave.
