Looks like I'm receiving cloudstack-dev mails delayed; thanks for the
heads-up Prasanna.

cs-maven.midokura.com seems to be up and working from here - I've cleared
my local cache and am rebuilding 4.2 to make sure.

Rayees, what error are you getting exactly?
