This is a developer list. Even our users don't have to be on the users list. We have at least one known user at the moment, who happens to be on the 4.x line. The nature of open source projects (that don't suck) is that they *assume* users are using the features that exist in the product, and only remove them when they have (1) a really good reason and (2) give deprecation warnings.
