This guy here - he tries to reach out to port 8250 on the management server to tell him he's good and ready. Have you allowed your managemetn server port 8250 open? What's the iptables -L -nvx listing on your management server? The ssvm-check.sh script does a few checks out of which 8250 agent connectivity is one. Did that show ERROR or succeed?
