Actually, the issue is right here. Sorry, I was on my phone earlier
and didn't parse the whole log.

qemu: terminating on signal 15 from pid 26206
2013-05-04 13:57:11.189+0000: shutting down

So the reason it won't start is most likely because cloudstack is
starting it and shutting it down.
