Attachments (screenshots) are not delivered to this mailing list. So, we
can't see the error message that you have attached.
I've tried creating a JIRA issue and it worked. I cannot reproduce your
problem.

Hello all,
Let's say I want to report a bug about OpenCMIS:
1. I go to https://chemistry.apache.org/java/opencmis.html [1]
2. I click "Issue Tracking", which directs me to
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CMIS [2]
3. I check that I am correctly logged into JIRA (as Nicolas Raoul)
4. I click "Create" and "Bug"
5. I fill all details of the bug
6. I finally click "Create"
7. I get this error:
So, yes, I must fill the Due Date, but I am not allowed to, so I can't
report bugs.
I guess everyone is facing the same problem. That's probably why zero
bugs have been reported in the last 3 weeks.
