As Florian says [1] is deprecated and should just be removed. This [2] is the latest updated documentation (maven based), but it’s also a bit outdated (or there are manual steps not overly documented).
I had a target to make the release fully automated before handing it off (ideally post 1.0), but honestly won’t get to it any soon. So if we want to do another 0.x release, Florian, you can try to use [2] as a basis but YMMV. Happy to maybe have one last chance to fix it myself, but will have to be towards end of October.
