Ok, I'll go ahead and work out a way for people to contribute. @Nick, yes to include CQL examples, and to give them first, but I would also keep the rpc call for now. As the RPC interface is still officially supported.

Creating new content takes time, first I'd like to improve what we have and make sure it is correct.
