Hello everyone, sorry for the late reply, my vote is "+0 asolimando (committer/non-binding)".
Making a difference on votes only for PMC vs the rest I think it's important to boost confidence that everyone's voice will be heard, I don't think it would be beneficial to state committership or anything other than the "binding / non-binding" we already use. For what concerns jira id vs github username vs "real" names, I have had some troubles in the past, and the community (luckily!) keeps growing, so it would be nice to have a better way to connect the three easily.
